Chuck specializes in houses, whether it is a newly constructed house, or an architecturally significant historic home from a prior century. Beginning in 1985, he has built a career repairing houses, with a special emphasis on older historic structures. Chuck is very familiar with old masonry and framing construction, electric and plumbing systems, and foundations.
Of equal importance is keeping up with ever changing codes and knowledge regarding current construction methods and materials for newer homes and additions. Strong emphasis is placed on residential electrical systems, and mold/moisture issues.
